Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site operations and implement solutions for efficient resource management.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Monitor and control resources, such as manpower, materials, and machinery, to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain accurate records of progress, material usage, and work measurements.
  • Prepare bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills in collaboration with the project team.
  • Conduct quality checks on concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, and other aspects of the project.
  • Guarantee compliance with industry codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Address technical issues on-site in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools is advantageous.
  • Effective leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project demands and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of relevant civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Proven track record of organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills.
