Sector Growth Manager

Drive revenue expansion and lead go-to-market strategies for the construction and building materials vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sector-specific plans to boost revenue growth.
  • Built strong relationships with CXO-level executives across large enterprises and leading distributors in the industry.
  • Lead strategic sales conversations focused on business value, not just product pitching.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pre- and post-sales engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and drive thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into construction, building materials or related industries.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales with complex, high-value deal closures.
  • Strong understanding of industry workflows: channel sales, supply chain, procurement, project management, and distributor engagement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
