Calibration Engineer Trainer Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver training programs focused on calibration and qualification of critical instruments.

 

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training on calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Guide participants on preventive maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Educate on cGMP, ISO, and regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  • Develop modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  • Customize training programs to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive sectors.
  • Maintain training content updated with the latest standards, guidelines, and calibration technologies.

 

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Calibration techniques: temperature, pressure, flow, balances, HPLC/GC.
  • Preventive maintenance planning: execution and implementation.
  • Reference standards: proficiency and traceability.
  • cGMP and ISO 17025 compliance: strong knowledge and documentation.
  • CAPA planning: calibration-related deviations and corrective actions.
  • Industry experience: medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive calibration practices.
  • Communication and training skills: excellent and mentoring.
