Job Title: Service Executive
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Executive to join our team. As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that staff is working together as a cohesive unit to provide exceptional service and meet guest needs.
- Ensure staff is working effectively as a team to deliver outstanding service and meet guest expectations.
- Inspect the appearance and grooming of staff, and address any issues promptly.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and equipment, cleaning all areas, and securing doors.
- Conduct regular inspections of storage areas to ensure they are organized, using FIFO principles, and clean.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock, requisitioning necessary supplies as required.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
- Process work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, and completing safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to achieve common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
