Senior Financial Leadership Position

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to drive profitability, strengthen governance, optimize capital allocation, and build investor confidence while ensuring regulatory compliance and providing strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profitability & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance margins and deliver sustainable growth.
  • Capital Allocation & Investment Management:
  • Optimize the capital structure and evaluate investments to ensure healthy returns on investment.
  • Financial Reporting & Governance:
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting aligned with statutory and board requirements.
  • Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks and manage operational and regulatory risks.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align actions with long-term organizational goals.
  • Keen attention to detail combined with effective decision-making capabilities.

Experience, Education & Other Info:

  • Minimum 20 years of finance leadership experience with strong business controlling and financial management exposure.
  • At least 5 years as a Business Controller or Finance Leader in a large organization.
  • Educational qualifications: CA or ICWA; MBA is an added advantage.
