Financial Leadership Role

This role presents an opportunity for a skilled Finance Controller to join our team and drive financial excellence through analytical insights, effective decision-making, and innovative problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. They will oversee and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting to support business decisions and analyze inventory, sales, and purchase modules for trends and discrepancies.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with expertise in MIS reporting and experience with AI-powered tools for financial analysis.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, as well as 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or control.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee and manage MIS reporting to support business decisions
  • Analyze inventory, sales, and purchase modules for trends and discrepancies
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend actionable improvements
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in MIS reporting & Power Bi Experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis
  • Excellent communication in English and presentation skills
