Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled visual creative specialist to spearhead our branding and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop visually striking digital assets, including social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms by aligning designs with our established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to create innovative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our design strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.
  • Able to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
  • Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics.
  • Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing, color grading and sound design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
