About this Opportunity:

BITSDES is a leading design centre seeking an accomplished Creative Visual Specialist to join their marketing team.

Job Summary:

The role will be responsible for designing visual concepts, creating digital and print graphics, and video editing for our social platforms, website, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, etc.
  • Edit video content for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct on-campus video and photo shoots using mobile phone and/or institution equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure quality of the final product.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' formal education in visual/graphic design.
  • At least three years' experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
  • Basic photography and videography skills, understanding DSLR/mirrorless camera functions and ability to shoot in manual mode.
  • An online portfolio – on Behance, Dribbble, or other platform.
  • Will to travel to our campus at Kalyan, District Thane.

Nature of engagement: On contract for one year, extendable thereafter.
