Document Order Review Specialist

We are seeking experienced candidates for a Document Order Review Specialist role to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure documents meet quality standards and regulatory compliance
    • Review and verify completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness of documents
    • Escalate non-compliance issues

Account Creation and Maintenance:

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end process of account creation, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected, verified, and input correctly into the system.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage ongoing maintenance of shareholder accounts
    • Perform regular updates and changes to customer accounts
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in account data

Purchase Transaction Processing:

The successful candidate will accurately process purchase transactions, including reviewing and maintaining supporting documentation for purchase transactions, ensuring all records are complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies and audit requirements.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Accurately process purchase transactions
    • Verify and validate purchase transactions for correctness
    • Review and maintain supporting documentation for purchase transactions

Redemption Transaction Processing:

The chosen candidate will process redemption transactions related to financial products or services, ensuring that all redemptions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and agreements and regulatory standards.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Accurately process redemption requests for financial products
    • Verify and validate redemption requests for completeness
    • Verify redemption transactions by cross-checking with customer accounts

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have 1-4 years of experience in a similar position and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
