Team Leader Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our organization. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of team members and ensuring that they meet their performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead a team of team members.
  2. Monitor work and attendance of team members in accordance with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.
  3. Regularly impart effective coaching to team members to enable consistent high-performance delivery monthly.
  4. Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective action.
  5. Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs') and financial expectations.
  6. Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  7. Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and schedule and organize team activities.
  8. Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attend required manager development training.
  9. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in the performance of the said main function to implement management policies.
  10. Support and manage the program together with other Team Leaders and Managers.
  11. Provide input for selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work groups in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable legal requirements.
  12. Manage team members on a regular basis and write and deliver performance appraisal.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
