Reward Operations Lead

As a seasoned Reward Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering reward processes and ensuring seamless operations across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of reward strategies, including job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration, and incentive scheme governance.
  • Act as a second point of escalation for day-to-day queries, ensuring prompt resolution by analysts and specialists.
  • Oversee cyclical reward activities, such as Total Benefits Statement (TBS) and Annual Compensation Review, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Payroll teams (UK and international) to ensure accurate benefit processes and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coach and develop Reward Analysts to enhance capability and resilience within the team.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization of reward operations across markets.
  • Maintain strong compliance with regulatory requirements in all reward processes.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within a complex, multi-country organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel modeling.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
