Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to fulfill key responsibilities including loading and unloading parcels, picking, and handling FMCG products with utmost care.

The ideal candidate will distribute various packages to specified locations within a given time frame, ensuring timely delivery.

They will plan daily travel routes based on locations and time frames, optimizing efficiency.

The selected individual will carefully load and unload all packages to prevent damage or loss.

Additionally, they will accept and record payment for delivered packages, maintaining accurate financial records.

Providing excellent customer service is crucial by answering questions, responding to complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages, taking necessary corrective actions is also essential.

Upon completion of each delivery, customers' signatures on delivery papers must be obtained, verifying receipt.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages safely is required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Deliveries made within the scheduled timeframe, accuracy of package handling, and customer satisfaction ratings are key performance indicators.
