Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of food, service, health and safety, and customer experience. The role involves managing staff, budgets, inventory, and ensuring smooth service across all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage F&B staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs.
• Create and implement menus in collaboration with chefs and kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop promotional strategies to boost revenue.
• Analyze sales and profitability data to make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations (e.g., kitchen, events).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, health standards, and cost control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in F&B management software is a plus.
