About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing on-ground tasks that support our services, operations, or outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients, partners, or service points as assigned to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Promote healthcare services, health packages, or hospital facilities in target areas to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate health camps, medical check-ups, or community outreach events to educate and inform our audience.
  • Logistics and Operations: Ensure timely delivery or pickup of documents, samples, or products if applicable, and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect patient feedback, conduct surveys, and report findings to improve our services and operations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain good relationships with local clinics, pharmacies, or influencers to expand our network and partnerships.
  • Reporting and Administration: Submit daily activity reports, route plans, and visit summaries to supervisors, and assist in administrative tasks.
