Package Delivery Specialist

The primary function of this role is to deliver packages in a timely and safe manner. This includes planning daily travel routes, distributing packages to specified locations, and loading/unloading all packages.

Duties:
  1. Delivering various packages to customers within the designated time frame.
  2. Coordinating with dispatch teams to plan efficient delivery routes.
  3. Loading and unloading packages from vehicles to ensure safe transportation.
  4. Processing customer payments and verifying delivery details.
  5. Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during deliveries.
  6. Investigating discrepancies in delivered packages and taking corrective action as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Familiarity with logistics and transportation procedures is beneficial.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy packages and navigate through varying terrain.
