Compliance and Validation Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our compliance and validation initiatives. As a Compliance and Validation Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of robust quality management systems across our organization.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging opportunity to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive compliance strategies.
  • You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning Validation: Develop and implement effective cleaning validation protocols to ensure the integrity of our facilities.
  2. Process Validation: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of validated processes that meet regulatory standards.
  3. Equipment Qualification and Computer System Validation: Lead the qualification and validation of equipment and computer systems to ensure they meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • B.Pharma / M.Sc. degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in sterile and non-sterile processes.
  • Familiarity with USFDA, MHRA, and EU regulatory requirements.
