Finance Credit Controller Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Finance Credit Controller to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position responsible for the entire Order to Cash cycle for circulation revenue. The successful candidate will have core domain expertise in billing, credit – recovery management & compliance, ensuring 100% error free revenue recognition.

  • Dealer Interface Role
    • Ensuring timely Billing to all Agencies
    • Dispute resolution management with agencies and customers
    • Maintaining existing and new customer codes properly with proper documentation
  • Controllership Role
    • Booking of value addition orders/invoice regarding sponsorship etc
    • Reconciliation between Dealer and Finance ledger balances
    • Coordination with internal, statutory and IFC auditors
    • Revenue Accounting experience
  • Banking
    • Managing interface with banks on banking products, clearing of collection etc
  • MIS, finance dept reporting
    • Month end reports/Presentation relating to revenue and collections
    • Calculation of Classified, Display and Canvasser incentive
    • Month Closing checklist adherence
    • Initiating Process Control/Cost Control measures
  • Legal & Compliances
    • GST & TDS compliance
  • Commercial & Cost Control
    • Exposure to reconciliation of Debtors, Provision for expenses, cost ledger, vendor payment etc
    • Exposure to legal Contracts, Barter arrangement etc
    • Exposure to Budgeting exercise
    • Exposure to Document management set up
  • IT Tools
    • Customer Database maintenance
    • Working knowledge in SAP
    • High Knowledge on Excel, word, power point, power BI
Requirements

  • Billing and credit recovery management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
