Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Client Engagement Professional. As the first point of contact for new clients, you will welcome them over video consultations, understand their key challenges, and guide them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.
This consultative, client-facing role focuses on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
You will conduct 1:1 video consultations with new clients, listen actively to their challenges and health goals, educate them about our holistic health process, and provide empathetic guidance on the next steps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Empathetic, confident, and good listener
The internship structure includes a part-time schedule initially, transitioning into full-time based on performance, and compensation in the form of stipend and incentives.
