Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in a dynamic role where you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to delinquent accounts and negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding account status and resolving their queries promptly.
- Coordinating with customers via email related to account status and ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalating issues to the appropriate levels and collaborating with relevant departments to improve collection activities and customer satisfaction.
- Utilizing basic knowledge of MS Excel to track and analyze accounts receivable data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong background in US/UK collections.

- Ability to work in night shifts.
