Job Opening Senior Associate Lead Associate - AR Collections Company Leading MNC Location Pune Work from office Experience 3 Years Relevant 2 years Notice Period Immediate-30 Days Shift US Shift Responsibilities Handling day-to-day collection activities and collections portfolio Managing dispute management and reducing PD and open payments credits Handling escalations and reporting numbers to Higher Management Taking initiative for team bonding and brainstorming activities Training new resources Reconciliations Requirements University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of education 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools Fluency in English language strong verbal communication clear diction Good business awareness teamwork adaptability time management Strong business awareness of the financial processes AR collections including knowledge of upstream and downstream processes and their impact on internal and external customers Telephone or chat-based support to resolve customer vendor queries Adherence to normal contact center metrics defined for the processes such as First Contact Resolution Average Handle time Average Speed of Answer among others as relevant Support and guidance on the process to newer team members Desirable Requirements Finance Domain 2 to 7 years of Collections AR experience Fair knowledge of Excel Requirements Requirements University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of education 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools Fluency in English language strong verbal communication clear diction Good business awareness teamwork adaptability time management
