Job Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing the company's fixed assets, ensuring their proper maintenance and disposal.

  • Oversee the fixed assets register, including insurance renewal, addition/deletion, and claims management.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion to create and dispose of assets, while issuing GST invoices accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, ensuring they are properly tagged and documented.
  • Coordinate yearly fixed asset verification with branches and vendors.
  • Develop Management Information System (MIS) reports related to fixed assets.
  • Collaborate with user departments to facilitate issue resolutions.

Qualification Requirements

  • Possess an MBA/M.com or equivalent qualification, preferably with 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Knowledge of fixed assets accounting and tax regulations is essential.
  • A working knowledge of MIS reporting, tracking systems, and MS Excel is necessary.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion environment is highly desirable.
