Highly Motivated Investment Banking Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated investment banking professional to join our team in Bangalore. As an investment banker, you will be responsible for supporting clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis reports, including trading/transaction comparable, operational/financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
- Create pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles, and discussion documents related to various industries.
- Meet project timelines and deliver high-quality reports to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct quality control checks of outgoing reports/packs.
- Engage with clients independently on calls and emails.
- Scope new projects, structure deliverables/new research products, produce informative and visually appealing presentations and decks, and demonstrate strength in client relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA/CFA/CA degree or equivalent.
- 2-8 years of experience in investment banking space.
- Experience working on investment banking projects.
- Detailed financial analysis skills with knowledge/experience of working on financial statements, target identification, trading and transaction comp, benchmarking, ratio analysis, pitch book/IM support, and company profiles.
- Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and support.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
