Job Title: Investment Banking Professional

Bangalore based investment banking team is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for key positions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills to support clients across various industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
  • Support pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs.
  • Engage with clients independently on calls and e-mails.

Requirements:

  • MBA/ CFA/ CA with 2-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space.
  • Experience of working Investment banking projects, including Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements.
  • Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis.
  • Pitch book / IM support and company profiles.
  • Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support.
  • Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Well versed with MS Office suite especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
