Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise in identifying new business opportunities and generating high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, market visits, and digital platforms.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to acquire new customers and cross-sell our life insurance products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market landscape.
  • Daily Sales Performance Tracking: Update CRM tools with accurate and timely sales data to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-7 years of experience in BFSI/insurance/financial products sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of financial and insurance products.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
