Job Title: Real-time Data Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design configuration and deployment of real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SCADA systems, MES functions, production tracking, OEE downtime analysis, traceability, and SPC. They should also possess expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation including scripting module configuration and project deployment.

  • Design and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions using Ignition SCADA and MES applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud.
  • Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols.
  • Manage industrial databases SQL historian time-series databases for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics.
  • Troubleshoot optimize and support existing SCADA MES deployments to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation including scripting module configuration and project deployment.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
