Job Title: AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert in AI solutions to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems that meet our AI initiatives' requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in NLP, predictive analysis, and exposure to CI/CD delivery pipelines, cost optimization, and cloud-native innovation.

  • Understand specific requirements including data ingestion from various services, analytics needs, and user-facing application features.
  • Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility, define specifications, and assess performance and scalability for solutions.
  • Define software architecture for integrating data pipelines, ML models, and full-stack applications.
  • Drive deployment of end-to-end solutions with a focus on automation and resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver applications combining real-time data, machine learning, and cloud-native full-stack platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML models and systems to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
  2. Work on data preprocessing and model evaluation.
  3. Ensure AI systems comply with standards.
  4. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or similar.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, Java or similar.
  • Experience in cloud platforms AWS, Azure or similar for deploying AI models.
  • Expertise in NLP, deep learning other AI domains.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS).
  • Serverless architectures (Lambda/Functions).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and enterprise-level high availability.
