Job Title:
Senior Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Solutions Architect to lead our data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using Azure/AWS Databricks, Python/Scala, Spark/Pyspark, HIVE, HBase, Impala, and Parquet.
  • Design and implement scalable data architectures using Delta Live Tables (DLT) and other technologies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent communication and support.
  • Maintain high-quality code and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data engineering.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/Scala.
  • Experience with big data technologies like HIVE, HBase, Impala, and Parquet.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Github/Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins/Bamboo.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Delta Live Tables (DLT).
