Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Risk Analyst to support our Risk Management team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple asset classes and geographies, contributing to risk oversight across the EMEA region.

  • Prepare daily credit and market risk reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Produce risk analysis and inputs for management committee packs to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Review and send out limit breach notifications to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis of new and existing clients to mitigate potential risks.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries on limit utilisation and counterparty requests from various departments.
  • Provide margin rates and monitor margin levels, escalating issues as needed to maintain optimal risk profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of capital markets fundamentals, including knowledge and experience of equity and fixed income products.

In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and leadership potential are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Bloomberg, Risk Portal, and CRMS is highly desirable.
