Job Opportunity Overview

  • This is a full-time internship opportunity with the option to convert to a permanent role.
  • We are looking for recent graduates or students pursuing graduation with 0-2 years of experience in quantitative modelling, risk management, and related fields.
  • Prior experience in India, Europe, APAC, or US is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • The candidate should be fluent in English and have proficiency in Python, advanced excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our engagement teams to deliver functionalities related to asset liability management, interest rate risk in banking book, behavioral modelling, Pillar 1 risks (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk), Pillar 2 Risks (ICAAP), fund transfer pricing, and profitability analysis on our proprietary application suite for Balance Sheet Management.
  • Build python and excel models on risk analysis to validate models and assist with client user acceptance testing.
  • Develop end-to-end functionalities for modelling macro-economic factors and market prices like Interest rate, Credit Spread, FX, Commodities, and Volatility.
  • Validate cashflow, valuation, and sensitivity models using excel/python for banking and derivative products.
  • Develop project execution and product collaterals.
  • Adhere to development standards and protocols mandated by the product organization.

  • Work permit requirements: Indian Citizen or valid work permit in India.
  • Period of engagement: Full-time position.
  • Probation period: 6 months.
  • Compensation: Varies depending on skill, fitment, and role played.
  • Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement, and studies vary based on city and country of engagement.
