As an API Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business by leading end-to-end API integrations with partners. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of these integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage API integrations from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with IT and commercial teams to support integration processes, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Develop and document integration requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Oversee and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Analyze integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize results.
  • Utilize project management tools like ClickUp and Jira to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Provide dedicated post-integration support, including troubleshooting and recommendations, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong background working with API-based systems and a solid understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and experience using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages being a significant advantage.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of organization and self-motivation.
