We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions that meet our business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation, as well as strong technical skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related technologies. They should also have expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems such as live marketplaces, websites, WMS, EDI, and APIs.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration. You will work closely with IT, operations, and sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics 365 Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Integration: Assist in the integration of Dynamics 365 with live marketplaces, websites, WMS, EDI, and APIs.
• Customization: Customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and sales to ensure successful implementation and integration.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Dynamics 365 projects and integrations.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 and its integrations promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) modules.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Integration Skills:
  • Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems such as live marketplaces, websites, WMS, EDI, and APIs.
  • Experience with Azure services and API management.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and address complex business requirements.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Certifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a home retail / eCommerce or similar industry or sector.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
