Job Overview:

Summary: Perform manual testing of infotainment systems in automotive environments to ensure seamless user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and resolve defects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough manual testing of infotainment systems
  • Validate features such as Bluetooth, Navigation, Media, Connectivity, Voice Recognition, and HMI interactions
  • Execute test cases, log defects, and work closely with development teams to drive resolution
  • Perform system-level, integration, and regression testing to ensure robustness
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manual testing of embedded systems or infotainment platforms
  • Strong understanding of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, MOST)
  • Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, CSE, or related)
  • ISTQB certification is advantageous
  • Prior experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive suppliers
