Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Vision Tester to join our team.

As a Vision Tester, you will be responsible for testing the functionality of our VisionPLUS system and identifying areas for improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with VisionPLUS system is a must; experience in CMS, FAS, and TRAMS modules is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience on scheme simulators Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
  • Prepare test cases, test plans, walkthroughs for stakeholders, execute test scripts, and maintain execution logs.
  • Strong functional knowledge in various core functionalities like Account Opening, Authorization, Transaction Posting, Statements, Min Due calculation, Fees and Service Charges, Loans, Interest, Disputes, Delinquency.
  • Experience with JIRA/ALM defect management tool.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Work closely with development and business teams to deliver quality solutions; take ownership of projects and deliver on time.
  • Exposure to automation tools if available.

  • Experience in testing and debugging software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
