Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Your additional responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultation services to client stakeholders and business users on omni-channel-specific business topics.
  • Developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
  • Working collaboratively with project delivery team members to resolve business or systems issues.
