Key Objectives:

  • Develop process simulation models and smart applications using simulation tools to support oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into specifications and deliverables.
  • Produce high-quality project results on time.
  • Create process and flow models for oil and gas processes.
  • Run simulations for various scenarios with built models.
  • Conduct dynamic process and control studies.
  • Perform optimization and debottlenecking studies.
  • Assist in building flow assurance models for real-time production systems.
  • Execute OTS projects with teams for end-to-end design and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in refinery or petrochemical operations/process controls/process engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring, and First-Principle modeling.
  • Proficient in modeling tools Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro, and others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good domain knowledge and Chemical Engineering principles and operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and control logics.
