Staying updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes is essential to your success in this role. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance plan, work on IT architecture and design rules, introduce new functionality, and propose changes to drive business efficiency.

  • Follow up on the quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application.

You will be responsible for documenting and maintaining records of business requirements, implementation, and testing of the application. Providing second- and third-line support, user training, and user manuals will also be part of your duties.
