Final Test and Process Qualification Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled Final Test and Process Qualification Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough final tests and qualifying processes to ensure that they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Fat test for semiconductor equipment and qualification
  • Executing checklists and procedures, and updating tasks in real-time
  • Coordinating with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Applying troubleshooting methods to resolve equipment malfunctions
  • Recording process documentation and production data accurately
  • Refining process recipes based on test and customer requirements
  • Hands-on experience with PID tuning and DOE's
  • Pump down vacuum chambers and load-locks safely
  • Understanding air- or liquid-based instruments and interpreting PNID diagrams
  • Handling gases like CDA, N2, and helium
  • Experience with Kawasaki robots and load ports
  • Evaluating ESD requirements
  • Handling delicate semiconductor wafers/panels with care
  • Tool leveling and proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in final testing and process qualification
  • Substantial experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in CAD, Solid work, and Inventor
  • Lean manufacturing skills and experience dealing with customers and suppliers
