Job Title:

Vice President Commercial Leasing

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our commercial leasing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in team management, revenue growth, and transaction closure.

  • Responsible for building, nurturing, and growing the leasing business.
  • Maintain year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Regularly track business key milestones, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Keep track of upcoming supply and identify early-stage opportunities by meeting clients and developers.
  • Participate in large transactions and assist the team in closure.
  • Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists along with identified client lists.
  • Transaction closure exposure across asset classes.
  • Ensure Key Results Areas (KRAs) are met by the team.
  • Sales closures and overall team sales targets.
  • Team building and constant monitoring of work.
  • Implement company policies related to Work, Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective execution of transactions.
  • Reviewing the lead funnel and priority marking.
  • Developing creative sales strategies.
  • Approving all marketing communication.
  • Due diligence of market deals and sharing information with the team.
  • Handling research executives, managers, and level below.
  • Regular client interaction for confidence building and PR.
  • Overseeing transaction documents and various steps of transactions.
  • Dealing with issues and responding to clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and meeting new ones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in team management, revenue growth, and transaction closure.
