Delivering accurate and timely Net Asset Values (NAVs) is a critical aspect of this role.

This dynamic position involves reconciling clients' general ledger data with market data providers, including custody and prime brokers along with fund administrators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounting for corporate actions, booking trading and non-trading accruals, pricing portfolios, and computing/analyzing profit and loss.
  • Coordinating with clients and external sources to resolve breaks.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant or MBA with 5+ years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of preparing and reviewing financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and capital markets products, including equity, bonds, futures, options, and FX forwards.
  • Hands-on experience working with MS Excel and formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Certification courses in financial markets/products.
  • Experience with general ledger accounting software.
  • Mutual funds accounting/audit expertise.
