Job Overview:

The Accounting Manager oversees end-to-end accounting transactions and monthly financial closings.

  • Process vendor bills and reconcile vendor statements
  • Perform bank entries and reconciliations
  • Handle credit card entries and reconciliations
  • Manage payroll processing and payroll accounting
  • Prepare and mail customer invoices
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and revenue
  • Maintain document checklists, client reports, and libraries
  • Review bookkeeping and accounting done by subordinates
  • Calculate and file sales tax returns
  • Handle month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and deferred revenue
Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations: The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting tasks, including process vendor bills, reconciling vendor statements, performing bank entries, and managing payroll processing. Additionally, they will prepare and mail customer invoices, reconcile accounts receivable and revenue, maintain document checklists, and review bookkeeping done by subordinates.

Financial Reporting: The Accounting Manager will assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. They will also handle month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and deferred revenue.

Compliance: The Accounting Manager will ensure compliance with ISO IEC 27001 guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and data security protocols. This includes collecting key operational data and managing client billing.
