Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support & Planning: Partner with the founder and leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals and monitor KPIs.
  • Project Management: Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space.
  • Communication & Alignment: Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent and timely information flow.
  • Market & Product Strategy: Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the industry.
