Are you looking for a challenging role that utilizes your customer service and organizational skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, creating new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound client calls, messages, and inquiries to convert into bookings and meet sales targets.
  • New Business Development: Create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and promotions.
  • Reservation Management: Maintain the Central Reservation System, create reservations, manage customer records, and update advance payments and balance receivable.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute online travel agency marketing and promotion plans.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and economic trends to sell against them.
  • Social Media Engagement: Participate in social media travel groups to generate leads and reach out to prospective customers.
  • Site Visits: Schedule client visits for prospective clients and coordinate site visits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain inquiry and sales records for online and offline sales.
  • Daily Schedules: Prepare daily check-in and check-out schedules and share with the Operations team.
  • Customer Information: Collect and maintain customer information databases and contact details.
  • Balance Payments: Track balance payments, extra charges, and additional services rendered and ensure collection and update at check-in and check-out.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis.
  • Reports: Prepare daily and weekly reports for leads and conversions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office or reservations departments (hotels).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
