As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of individuals seeking to upskill and reskill in the digital landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and convert leads into successful students by achieving enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.

You will work closely with prospective learners to understand their needs and preferences, providing them with personalized guidance and support throughout their journey. This includes managing lead interactions via phone, email, and chat, as well as coordinating admissions formalities for new joiners.

  • Lead Management & Conversion:
    • Identify and engage potential leads through various digital marketing programs.
    • Own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.
    • Achieve weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
  • Counseling & Coordination:
    • Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective learners on course options and career prospects.
    • Interview and coordinate admissions formalities for new joiners.
    • Attend walk-ins and counsel potential learners on admissions-related queries.
    • Follow up with prospective leads who have visited our institution.
  • Fee Collection & Vendor Coordination:
    • Assist students in the fee collection process, ensuring seamless transactions and minimal delays.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, such as education loan providers, for efficient admissions processing.
    • Work with different departments to ensure a hassle-free admission process.
  • Sales Optimization & Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to improve conversion rates and optimize sales strategies.
    • Generate referral sales and reactivate old/lost applications to meet batch targets.
    • Maintain a revenue mindset, optimizing sales approaches for existing product offerings and delivering on key performance indicators.

We require an experienced individual with 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role. Key skills include outstanding communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
