Job Overview:

This is a leadership role at the heart of our growth journey — enabling speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.

  • Develop Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for Tavira's growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Establish a robust ecosystem of processors and manufacturers.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast and align supply with launches.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement efficient systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Tavira Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance for seamless collection rollouts.

Key Requirements:

This role requires an experienced professional with:

  • 8–10 years in supply chain, sourcing, or production.
  • A strong foundation in education (IIT/IIM) preferred.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and supply chain, preferably in startups or large-scale industry supply chains.
  • Strong inventory planning, budgeting, and cost optimization skills.
  • Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with Jaipur as the central base.
