Solutions Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution Consultant to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and support data management and integration activities.
  • Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have relevant experience from 1 to 5 years.
  • An academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record is required.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory, with anything above being a plus.
  • The ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities is essential.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed individuals who can perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities are preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations is beneficial.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are considered an asset.
