Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the implementation and support of SAP S4HANA across various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of business process requirements and be able to provide system solutions accordingly.

This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing cost-effective solutions. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, they will provide technical expertise and guidance to the business development team, solutions team, and project managers.

  • Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will also have a strong understanding of SAP integration, including all modules and allied systems.

  • A strong sense of creativity and analytical skills
  • Good communication, facilitation, relationship building, and writing skills
  • Good understanding of crops and markets for plant nutrition/Agri inputs
  • Building collaboration and partnerships, strong in Stakeholder Management
  • Sound interpersonal skills, good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience as a consultant

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on full lifecycle management, including provisioning, installation, configuration, and technical support. They will also lead teams who install, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, software, and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of SAP HANA experience in implementation and support (all modules – FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR). They will also have experience in infrastructure, SAP Build, and Operations.

Others

The successful candidate will have a degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, CA, ICWA or equivalent. They will also have professional and technical qualifications such as ABAP Knowledge, SAP Certified, PMP, Experience of Data Design, Data Classification & Data Security.
