Establishing a high-caliber BI organization is crucial for data-driven decision making. We seek an experienced SAP BW HANA Strategist to spearhead the development of advanced analytics solutions leveraging SAP Business Intelligence tools, focusing on SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and UI5.

This role demands:

  • Hands-on expertise in deploying and maintaining complex Calculation Views, Table Functions, CDS Views, HANA Modeling, and proficiency in Business Objects suite.
  • Proficiency in crafting S4HANA ABAP CDS Views for BOBI/Fiori APP Reports and Extractors for ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP provided CDS Views for Embedded Analytics and ability to deploy SAP Fiori Apps.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable BI solutions using SAP BW/HANA.
  • Developing high-impact reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics projects.

As a leading figure in BI strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's data management and analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data visualizations to inform business decisions.

- Design and deploy advanced BI solutions utilizing SAP BW/HANA and related technologies.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the BI team.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong focus on SAP BW/HANA.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful BI solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
