Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Business Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of design and renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling project resources to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:

    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

  • Vendor Management:

    • Responsible for design, tender management & execution.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

    • Ensure client requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.

  • Budget Control:

    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

    • Monitor expenses and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

  • Reporting:

    • Provide regular project status reports to clients and management.

    • Document project progress, changes, and outcomes for future reference.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion.

  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.

  • Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and construction methods is also required.

  • A civil engineering or architectural background with 6-10 years of experience is preferred.

  • Candidates must be willing to travel to site locations to supervise work.
