Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other related tools.

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for creating and executing performance test scripts using tools like JMeter or Gatling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality.

Additionally, you will execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and recommend improvements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes, tools, and quality standards.

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks.
  • Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and understand application functionality.
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify defects, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes, tools, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / BE/B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber.
  • Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile development processes.
  • Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA.
