Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working under minimal supervision to test and deliver high-quality applications. The specialist will collaborate closely with business users, application build IT teams, and other IT teams within the project to meet strict quality standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing automation tests using web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C#, and Playwright.
  • Creating and maintaining native Windows applications automation frameworks.
  • Designing and implementing efficient automation frameworks.
  • Utilizing Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps for seamless testing and deployment.
  • Experience with Jmeter and SonarQube is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of technology environment, including Azure, Azure SQL, MSSQL.
  • Expertise in automating native applications (e.g. SAP) testing using TOSCA automation tool is a huge advantage.

Requirements:

  • Preferably certified by ISTQB.
  • Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills. Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations.
  • Ability to work with different points of view and lead the team to convergence while keeping project objectives in sight.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent personal organization and ability to take things to closure without follow-ups.
